VeredAi (hereinafter: "we"), data controller for VeredAi, attaches great importance to your privacy. In this statement we explain which personal data we process and why, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Which data do we process?

• Account data: name, email address and, optionally, company details.
• Content: the questions, messages and documents you enter in order to obtain answers.
• Usage data: technical data such as time and IP address, for security and reliability.

2. What do we use your data for?

To provide the service, manage your account, process payments, prevent misuse and improve quality. We never sell your data.

3. Processors and external sources

To generate answers we use an AI service provider and consult public sources (such as wetten.overheid.nl and rechtspraak.nl). We conclude processing agreements with processors.

4. Retention period

We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above or for as long as you have an account. You can delete your data and files yourself.

5. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web directory and sensitive settings are stored encrypted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and you can object. Send your request to [contact@voorbeeld.nl]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
